Thank You For Your Service
I extend my sincere gratitude to you and your families for all that you have sacrificed for our country. I understand that Veterans Day may come with mixed emotions for those who have served. Many brave men and women who served in the military are injured in service or left with lasting invisible wounds. Many veterans have reported feeling unsupported in receiving the mental health services they need to address issues such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), military sexual trauma (MST), and traumatic brain injury (TBI).
As a trauma-informed and trauma-trained clinician, I have gained interest in working with veterans and their families. I have dedicated myself to learning more about military culture and the specific needs of military families. If you or your loved one is a veteran in need of support, I would like to assist you in connecting with the right mental health services. I am offering a free 30 minute phone consultation to guide you through that process. I have also included a few links to free resources and hotlines.
If you or a loved one is in crisis please seek help immediately. In case of an emergency Call 911 or visit nearest emergency department.
